December

Holly berries,

blue skies,

low slanting sunlight

and soft shadows.

Bright sunny days

and grey murky days

with muddy puddles.

Cold clear skies,

warm orange sunsets

and finally the holidays.

December has been a full and busy month as we deal with health problems of ageing parents and wonder how long they can remain independent, whilst at the same time watch our youngest son graduate and get a job at the other end of the country. There will be many changes in the next year.

As always, going for a walk with my camera is a good way to clear my mind and gain perspective.

Happy Christmas.

A very merry Christmas to you!!! What beautiful photos!!! Our weather is unseasonably warm here, which is nice, but doesn't seem right. :) It means we can probably have a Christmas hike in the park though!

I have been following your daily posts this month and hope that you are all recovering and will be well in time for Christmas Day.
