I have been reading down through your posts - wonderful to discover a likeminded person! I will definitely look out the book you recommend. We are trying to produce as much of our own food as possible, and tread as lightly as possible, so it is really gratifying to find a blog like yours.
Hi,Pomona, Thanks for commenting. I would be interested to hear what you think of the China Study if you read it. Although my husband and sons are confirmed carnivores, the book has made me think about eating much less meat - the trick now is to do it so that they don't really notice!
